I had a lovely stay with my husband for my birthday, surrounded by friends. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. Although the leisure facilities could use some attention, the warm atmosphere and delicious dinner made for a nice celebration.

I had such a frustrating experience with the breakfast service! We were told it ended at 10am, but when we arrived at 9:10am, the waiter was rude and insisted we had missed it. Absolute disappointment!

Clean place in classic style with all necessary facilities. Incredible location for my purposes. Found in a good area. Efficient check-in, late check-out. Lovely interior, excellent restaurant. Really had very comfortable stay for a truly amazing wedding and hotel stay.

The Double Room was quite lovely and comfortable. The bed felt really cozy, perfect after my long drive. The bathroom was nice too, and everything was clean. Only downside was the lack of electrical outlets near the bed, kind of inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our extended stay at The Blackwell Grange.
I would appreciate being able to negotiate a long stay discount.

Generally scruffy and needs refurbishment. The carpets are would and the rooms dated.

Tucked away in a lovely old building, the dining experience was spot on! The Chicken Parmo was a culinary monster, and the Wicked Lady Rose wine was perfect. The restaurant had a nice vibe, and breakfast had a good selection even if it was buffet style.

The bedroom was lovely and very comfortable. Bed and sheets were nice,
It was such as shame that the bathroom let it down big time. I must admit i did not enjoy using the bathroom. It was very grotty dirty tiles needing re grouting it made it very unpleasant

Easy to find, lots of car parking, a good sized room which was clean and maintained.
It was a bit of a trek from the bar/restaurant to my room, not much they can do about it but still a trek.

My husband, 5-year-old son, and I had a wonderful stay at Blackwell Grange Hotel, enjoying their celebration package. The beautiful decor added charm, and the staff were friendly. The food, particularly the afternoon tea and evening meal, was good. We loved the pool, even if it was a bit small. The nearby parks and landmarks provided perfect spots for family bonding. We will definitely return!

A very nice setting on the edge of town. Our room (disabled) was very good with plenty of room and well appointed.
The restaurant was poor. A so called Continental breakfast was nothing like a continenental breakfast with no bread only toast,no croisants, no fruit no fresh cheese, The coffee was disgusting . The dinner was equally poor. The portion size was mean, the house wine was very poor and the coffee was, again disgusting. The service was only average with long periods of no one available in tyhe room.
